So I own a 2010 genesis coupe 2.0t and today I was driving and I stopped at a friends house and right when I went to go drive I felt the car being super slow and checked my boost levels and normally I’m pushing 15 to 20 pounds of boost but now it maxed out at 8 and slowly goes down and I’m...
All parts will be described in this thread with part #s & Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price along with my asking price which includes shipping/handling to the lower 48 states which will be listed in RED! All parts have less than 10k miles on them & are in good shape. I will continue to watch...
i was wondering how to install a new turbo in my 2.0t, do i just have to replace it with the old one or do i still have to buy the tubing? also can any1 tell me step by step on how to do this?
OK guys, I can't take it no more! :aargh: I need MO POWA & have ordered alot of bolt-ons to help with this performance improvement. I will have 3 stages evolving over time regarding performance, just as there will be 3 stages to asthetics in my build. Stage1 asthetics is complete...
Where to mount my wideband AFR bung?
I removed my stock downpipe from the turbo back to the end of 2nd cat. I'm replacing it with a 3" SS Hi-flow catted downpipe from CP-e. Like most of my other mods, I've had the parts just waiting in a box for me to have enough time & be up to the challenge...

So from what I've gathered, there is no reason to buy a manual boost controller if you are getting a PowerX tune, as it will have no benefit what so ever (correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm bored & posting this to be sure since I'm turbo retarded...LoL
I got this from GrimmSpeed on gencoupe.com:
I know a few of your were looking for instructions on how to do this so here it is. The first step i've included(removing ram air) is not needed unless you want to premanently remove the ram air. Removing the ram air will get you even more turbo noise...
What I would like to see here is details about each turbo available out there that would possibly be used on the GenCoupe.
Info should include:
turbine wheel size
rpm at full spool
approximate horse power range
Thanks to gencoupe.com
