+1, no way to hook that up. More power does not always equal more speed. Of course top end must be insane.

Ya, with the right gearing I'm sure some kind of land speed record or something could be achieved with those power levels but other than that its just bragging rights to make that kind of power. From what I've seen, 900whp is about the threshold for Supras to get the best 1/4 times.

^^^ Like he said. With proper gearing and lots of other stuff this car COULD be a strip monster, but when I say LOTS of other stuff I mean a non-streetable car unlike the one in the video.

Well "lag" in anything other than a v8 pretty much means effective powerband. Unless you tub this car and put monster slicks on it. The rpm you would have to launch this car to be inside its powerband would prove completely meaningless. So yes this turbo is WAY too laggy. Unless you have some miracle way to effectively launch a supra on even a 335mm wide slick with 1500+whp shocking the rear tires, Im still going to worry about lag at the strip.
