I know BMW does use orange. The orange is supposed to have the least amount of strain on your eyes when night driving, green is supposed to be 2nd to orange. Blue is not supposed to be very condusive to driving at night, but sure looks cool.

Mitsubishi mainly uses a redish orange or blue. GM uses all orange as well. My DD ('00 GTP) interior looks like a dang jack o'lantern at night. lol

I think i'll keep the factory lighting in the Coupe. I like it.

I like the factory lighting as well. I'm getting sick of looking at all orange gauges in my DSM. It's nice for night driving cuz there's very little eye strain, but I'm ready for something different.

I'm looking for some suggestions for a bedroom and living room halogen white light lamp. Looking for a more modern/contemporary/retro style look.
Any suggestions? Looks count, but definitely need to be able to produce bright white light.
