What are your view's on the $700 Billion government bailout of Wall Street? I don't think its going to work. Things are just gonna get worse in my opinion.

I dunno, theres been situations like this to occur in the past in other countries such as Japan, and the other governments responded the same way. Didn't immediately turn things right around, but they seemed to have prevented things from getting much worse.

Don't give money to the execs

If the government bailout is what is needed then go for it. On the condition that the executives that helped cause this crisis should either be jailed or not given ANY of this money, the tax payer's money. Also if any of the assets start to make money again then it needs to be given back to the people. One of the reasons this has gotten so bad is because of the greed of some of these people.

The main problem I see with this bailout, is that the secretary of the treasury wants us taxpayers to just hand him $700billion, no questions asked, without any oversight at all. That is SHADY.
