i recently i had to change my belt so i went to lordco to buy the oem replacement and notice it was shorter then the stock one so improvised since its the last one available in british columbia allegedly.

can anyone tell me if this is safe or do i need to order one from the delership

I believe it was answered on another forum and was wondering how it worked out. I saw a site talking about AC Delete/Removal and to use a 85.5 " belt. I am going to try the 84.75 belt to bypass the AC just to see if it does help in the 1/8th mile we run, when it cools down that is.
