:rofl: No offense to the Star Wars fanatics; I loved the movies but this seems like it takes it a bit too far.

Looks like Tai Chi with a $200 stick. Not seeing the workout potential but I guess if it gets you off the game box and moving it has to do some good.

I use some of those some moves when working my BAN stick...LoL :evilgrin:

Yeah then get someone to film Tufast teaching his Ban Stick workout and will sell it to all the forums.:jester:
