i work at a hyundai dealer in the cleveland area i just orderd mine, dealers only get one but still no pricing till after superbowl. they were on the boat on there way hear on the 24th of jan 09- should be here by mid feb-early march. hope this helps anyone in the area.
Just to clarify what I was told is....Dealers are not only getting one Coupe. At this time the dealers are getting ONE that is built specifically to be sold. This would be for someone ordering a car with what THEY want. There will be more than one coupe arriving to the dealers.
I had an indepth discussion with the GM from the dealer I am buying from and this was information that he told me which came direct from his main rep.
The reason I know this and the reason it was brought up is because he called me the second he found this out as I was first on the list for the Coupe. This was last Wednesday. That is the day I officially ordered my car. That is also how I know the track package can not come with a sunroof.
Pricing will be released AT the Chicago auto show in about 2 weeks. The cars will start shipping from the port in Oregon shortly after that to populate the dealers then there will be the official release. The cars that are built to order are supposed to be the first ones to hit the dealers. Im expecting mine within a month.
I dont even know what im paying for the Coupe. It doesnt matter to be honest. I have my budget and ball park figured out so I am expecting to be on par with what I planned.
