What weaponry do you all own? or plan on getting? If you got pics, even better!

I currently have two hand guns:

My first ever gun was Browning Buckmark .22lr with a Weigand Combat rail with a knock-off ebay red/green dot. Pretty accurate gun, love putting in the high velocity rounds through it. So cheap and easy to shoot.

My second hand gun is a Stoeger Cougar 8000 9mm. It's my personal carry. Stoeger is a subsidiary of Beretta and it's exactly the same as the Beretta Cougar but manufactured in Turkey. When it was manufactured under the Beretta name it was a $600 gun but under Stoeger name plate it retails for under $400. I got mine for $379 at a local gun shop. Very accurate gun with a light recoil.

My next purchases will be parts to build a custom AR-15 tactical rifle. I'm going to get the lower receiver now before Obama bans them and some hi-cap magazines. I also want to get a Beretta PX4 in either a 9mm or .40 cal. I can't decide on which to get. 9mm is cheaper to shoot but .40 cal will hurt the bad guy more. Decisions decisions... :)

I own no guns, because if I did, I would be afraid I'd shoot somebody. Besides, I'm a convicted felon & am not allowed legally to own one.

Although, I do occasionally shoot my dad's guns (handguns: .22 Ruger, 357mag Taurus, 44mag Smith & Wesson, rifles: .22 & 30/30 over/under, shotguns 10 gauge & 12 gauge)

All I have at the moment are a Ruger .22 and an old Belgium-made Browning Semi-auto "Sweet 16" shotgun that I inherited from my Great-Grandpa. Now that I just bought my first home, I'm looking at getting a Sig-Sauer .40 for my carry.

I have no personal weapons at this point in time. But military wise i carry a 9mm, m4/m203 w/ CCO and some other gadgets of the trade :), when i used to be a machine gunner in the squad i had a shotgun, m249 saw, and a .50cal machine gun (hated those days). Had the opportunity last year to carry around m24 sniper rifle for a short time on deployment. That was cool.

Maybe when i return this time around i'll pick up one up.

this is not true. Go to Gunbroker.com If you have one purchased before 1984 then it is legal to own one. Fully automatic weapons are not illegal to have, they are just rare because they stopped producing them in the mid 80's for the USA.

Fully auto AK47's legal in the usa go for about $7500.00
Fully auto M16's (military grade) start at about $18,000.00
Fully auto mini UZI start at like $7800.00
Fully auto Mp5's start at about $10,000.00

Also some think its illegal to own a suppressor/silencer. It is not illegal in "most states" and you have to get a tax stamp from the ATF. It costs about $200.00 and silencers cost about $600.00 and up...

But you need subsonic ammo to actually get the true silence from it..

But back onto guns.. I am in the works on building an AR-15 with a suppressor setup
but currently own..

S&W 44 magnum Hostiles edition
ruger 45
mossy 12 gauge with a custom rifle barrel and scope shooting 3.5" slugs
colt 38 special snub nose
ak-47 (semi, purchased in full did not build)

edit: sorry, mis read you said "this state"

You are right petey,
I wish people weren't so afraid of suppressor and silencers either. Hollywood villify's them, with scenes of hitmen using them but to me they are a safety item in my opinion. I almsot went the route of getting a BATFE tax stamp but then realized Washington let's you have one but you can not fire a weapon with one on. On the flip side, open carry is legal in this state even without a carry permit. I dunno, it's so frigg'n idiotic sometimes.

Nice arsenal :) On your AR you going with a collapsible stock? long barrel/short? I want to build one that is good for close quarter tactical situations more than long range accuracy.
